The Pushkin for the Whole World Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization. The foundation's main goals are promotion of Pushkin's unique approach to life throughout the world, reconciling Russian and world cultures, support of Russian schools and cultural centres abroad, and the familiarization of educated persons overseas with the profound beauty of Russian culture.

A significant part of profits received from the sale of English translations of Pushkin's works will be donated to help children with developmental and autism spectrum disorders and their parents.

International Online Marathon Pushkin for the Whole World
On June 6, 2021, the International Day of the Russian Language and the birthday of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, we invite you to the second annual literary and musical marathon Pushkin for the Whole World, which will honour the work and life of the founder of the modern Russian literary language and unite the international community of connoisseurs of Pushkin's poetry.

On this day, to honour of the 222nd anniversary of Pushkin's birth, Russia House in London (Federal Agency Rossotrudnichestvo) and the Pushkin for the Whole World Charitable Foundation will hold an online international literary and music marathon.

The artistic director and presenter of the project, Julian Henry Lowenfeld, is an American and Russian poet, playwright, composer and renowned translator of Pushkin's literary works into English. He was awarded the Pushkin Medal in 2020 for his great contribution to the study and preservation of Russia's cultural heritage.
The online marathon will start at 1pm BST (3pm Moscow time (GMT +3)) on June 6, 2021.
